Platform Zone is for your SaaS company. Use it to create and bill service provider workspaces. Provider customers and ISP CRM/API data live inside the selected provider workspace.
Create Fastnet, OM Broadband, i Net Internet, or another provider workspace.
Open a provider workspace when you want to manage its subscribers, billing, network, and users.
Dashboard, Customers, Billing, Payments, Network, Users, and other menus now use that provider.
Inside that workspace, connect the provider ISP CRM/portal and sync subscribers.
Platform Console owns provider onboarding and billing. Open a provider workspace when you want to work with ISP APIs, subscribers, plans, payments, tickets, leads, and network data.
